The 48 hour film project was a success!
Our 48 hour film project this weekend was a huge success. We managed to create a short film we are truly proud of and look forward to sharing our finished product with everyone. To quote producer Jeff Caetano-"It's better than Tremors!"
In addition to our talented and dedicated core cast and crew, we were extremely gracious to have Alex Lewis, Alexis Ann Rosasco, and Ky Hanson join our cast. Nick Beaubien, Corey Gomes, Ky Hanson and Corey Waldron were magnificent additions to our crew. Everyone worked very hard and the finished result is a testament to their collective abilities. We would like to thank everyone for their patience, hard work and dedication this weekend. We definitely hope to work with this entire team again in the near future for many more projects
Our short Sci-fi film, titled "Junction Valley", stars Alex Lewis, David Lavallee Jr, Brandon Luis Aponte, Alexis Ann Rosasco, Beekeo Levan, Courtney Jones, and Ky Hanson. Written by Ricky Laprade and Jordan Pacheco. Directed by Ricky Laprade. Produced by David Langill and Jeff Caetano. Camera Operators Corey Gomes,Brinton MacFarland, Ricky Laprade, Justin Moss, and Nick Beaubien. Editing by Nicole Chudy and Nick Beaubien. Music by Corey Waldron. Lighting by Walter Stone. Sound by Jeff Caetano.

We're going to "Cut to the Chase"in 48 hours
Hello everyone, welcome to the official Cut To The Chase Productions blog!
Cut to the Chase Productions, LLC is going to be competing in the annual Providence 48 Hour Film Project this year. For those not familiar with this event, the 48 Hour Film Project entails attempting to complete a short film, from pre-production to post-production, in 48 hours. Teams of filmmakers will gather on a Friday evening, and are assigned a specific character, prop, line of dialogue, and genre that they must utilize in their film. they then must race against the clock to complete a film and hand it in by Sunday evening. It's an exciting and challenging exercise in film-making, and that's just the type of challenge Cut To The Chase Productions thrives on.
We are gracious to have a stellar cast and phenomenal crew to work with, so we anticipate a very entertaining final product for all to enjoy.
